Four chapters.
No shortcuts.
The full story of how Goshwala meat gets to your door — from the farm, through the block, into the pack, on the van, at your address. Cold. On time.
Farms we've known for seven years.
Chicken from three family farms in Kanchipuram. Antibiotic-free, corn-fed, walked daily. Mutton from a Salem cooperative — young goats under 12 months, never older. Seafood only from three specific boats at Kasimedu, brought in fresh the same morning.
Halal, by hand, before you're awake.
Our head butcher starts at 4 am. Each animal is halal-slaughtered, blessing spoken, blade quick. We use a single sharp cut, so the meat is at its calmest — this matters more for taste than most people realise.
Vacuum sealed. Same block. Same hour.
Meat travels five metres — from the cutting block to the vacuum sealer. Each pack is timestamped, batch-numbered, halal-cert stamped. No middle-hop. No warehouse pause.
Our vans. Our cold chain. Our people.
We don't use aggregator riders. Our own team, in insulated boxes with gel packs, delivers to your door between 8 am and 12 noon. Cold to the touch. Every single time.
